Consistent attendance is vital to your child's academic success and connection to the school community. However, we understand that illnesses, appointments, and family emergencies happen.

If your student is going to be absent or arriving late, please notify the school as soon as possible.

How to Report an Absence

To clear your child's absence, please email our Attendance Clerk directly at ch_attendance@jsdtracy.com.

When sending your email, please be sure to include the following information:

  • Student's First and Last Name
  • Date(s) of the Absence
  • Reason for the Absence (e.g., illness, medical appointment)
